BUILDING ACCESS​

Each member receives a FOB card to access the building.

​Do not give your FOB or access code to anyone else.

Do not allow anyone else into the building unless they are your guest (if they knock on the door, refer them to the website).  No tailgating. 

Members can swipe only themselves and their guests into the building.  There is a 3 guest maximum per person (whether the guest is golfing or not) and each must sign a waiver, no matter the age. 

Should you be bringing a minor into the building, they count as a guest, and they must stay with you at all times.  

Minors (individuals under the age of 18) are not permitted in the facility without an adult for any amount of time.

Minors are not permitted to sit in the front or rear lounge areas without an adult.

 

BAY ACCESS

Bays should be booked ahead of time via the member dashboard.  

Should a member drop in and use an open bay, they must vacate the bay if a booked member arrives at the time of the booking.

Bays are numbered 1-4, where 1 is in the front and 4 is in the rear of the facility. 

Members should be considerate of other members and clear out of the bay in time for the next booking. 

Guests of members share a bay with members unless other bays are empty and do not have an upcoming booking.  

Do not stand behind or out of view of someone who is swinging a club -both here and in life.

FACILITY RULES​

The rear door is for emergency use only.  

Underage drinking is prohibited. No liquor is permitted in the building.

No smoking or vaping. 

Clean up your trash, spills, messes.

Should any incidences occur, equipment breaks or issues come up, notify management immediately.

Your subscription will auto-renew.  If you wish to cancel at any time, you can do so in the member portal.  We will not issue refunds for memberships cancelled after payment has been processed.

Failure to comply with all rules will result in immediate termination of membership.
